Recruitment Specialist & Sales Development Expert
When I was growing up I never dreamt of being a princess or a nurse or an actress like other girls. For a short while, I think I wanted to be a speed bump, but that’s beside the point. No, most of my childhood years, I dreamt of becoming one thing- a sales trainer. Now I know that seems odd and, looking back on it, it was. But my dad (Tony Cole) was a sales trainer and I’ve always wanted to follow in his footsteps. He had a wonderful job where he got to travel the country, talk in front of a lot of people, and best of all, he made money! Who wouldn’t want to do that?
After I graduated high school, I attended the University of Dayton and currently hold a double major in Marketing and Sales, with minors in theater and psychology. After college, I went and worked for the largest recruiting company in the country, specifically recruiting within the aviation industry. During the three years that I was there, I developed my recruiting skills with the direction from my former managers and partners. In January of 2016, I joined the ACTG team and, immediately, I was onboarded and immersed in the ACTG training process. I grew immensely from their valuable experience and expertise, as we collaborated to further my professional, as well as personal, growth.
Because of my unique background, I was brought on to cultivate and advance our newest venture- Hire Better Salespeople. I help companies recruit, assess and develop the right salesperson for their team. Not everyone is cut out for the sales life and that’s where I come in- to find those that can and WILL sell.
I feel blessed to have joined the family business. I have always believed that “a goal without a plan is only a wish” and you better believe I have one heck of a plan!
