No two leaders are the same, so our approach to working with leaders is customized for the individual or team of executives. We often begin with a Leadership Evaluation to identify strengths and weaknesses that we can use to define aspects of our program. We also work closely with you to fully understand the key drivers for your business’ success and blend those drivers with your leadership evaluation diagnostics for a truly personal coaching plan that is prioritized around these 8 key areas:

While our program is personalized, it will often include an initial in-person kick off training day or virtual zoom-cast, followed by a series of focused Coaching Calls with the “Leader in Development” as well touchpoints with the Executive team. We typically wrap up the engagement with an in-person debrief and thorough, comprehensive action plan. Our approach will help you and your leaders understand how to identify, address, practice and activate those behaviors that will help improve personal effectiveness and elevate the organization’s results.
